Hach Lange Acquires Züllig

As of June 12, 2007, Hach Lange completed the acquisition of Züllig AG, based in Rheineck, Switzerland.
Züllig is internationally renowned as a manufacturer for online measurement instruments. It has a particularly strong position in Switzerland as a provider for control and automation solutions at waste and drinking water plants.
Hach Lange is a strong global player, widely known for its innovative and reliable water analysis solutions for field, lab and online purposes. It is focused on municipal waste and drinking water, as well as industrial applications.
Both companies provide innovative and product offerings which serve to complement one another. Their business success around the world is based upon outstanding people and technology.
Combining the capabilities of the Züllig and Hach Lange teams will significantly enhance the offering to business partners of both companies.
Both organisations will operate independent from each other. The headquarters of Züllig will remain in Rheineck, Switzerland.
