SENSYS – MEMBRANE LESS SENSOR BASED ON MICRO ELECTRODE ARRAY ELECTRODES FOR WATER QUALITY MONITORINGSenSys is a range of membraneless and electrolyte-free sensors. These are maintenance-free amperometric sensors based on the innovative micro-disc-array electrode technology (i.e. structured layer surface with standard microelectronic processes). They tolerate prolonged exposure to an aqueous environment, with variations in conductivity, pressure, flow rate, pH and temperature as well as interference due to chemical or biological species. Au-SenSys, based on gold microdisc array electrodes, is dedicated to the measurement of disinfectants / oxidants (chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, hydrogen peroxide), dissolved oxygen and sulfites. New BDD-SenSys applications featuring boron-doped-diamond microdisc array electrode sensor can be developed on request. SenSys-Control, the dedicated controlling unit of SenSys sensors, allows continuous display and storage of main data and is equipped with analog and digital outputs for data monitoring, control and downloading.
