VERTICAL TURBINE PUMPThe vertical turbine pump is used for power, water supply and seawater applications. With capacities ranging from 10m3/hr to 40,000m3/hr, the vertical turbine pump drives up to 3,000kW. The vertical turbine pump is also used for river and canal irrigation, urban and rural water supply and domestic water supply in high-rise buildings. The vertical turbine pump has undergone drastic improvement from the early usage in agricultural fields. The vertical turbine pump is widely used to pump water from rivers, ponds, lakes and oceans. The usage of vertical turbine pump is gaining momentum at the industrial estates also. Particularly, pulp and paper mills, power generating units and other verticals prefer vertical turbine pump system. The vertical turbine pump is also an integral part of numerous fire protection systems and other industrial processes. While installing, proper care must be given on alignment of the vertical turbine pump. The deep well vertical turbine pump should be aligned correctly between the pump and the power unit. HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMPThe horizontal centrifugal pump is used for town and industrial water supply, fountains and mine dewatering with a capacity range of up to 10,000m3/hr. The pump is made from cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel. Range includes split case, end suction and mixed flow. VERTICAL MIXED AND AXIAL FLOW PUMPThe vertical mixed and axial flow pump is used for water supply - urban and rural, sewage and drainage. The capacity range is 60m3/hr to 40,000m3/hr. VERTICAL CAN PUMPThe vertical can pump is used for sump water pumping and hydrocarbon transfers. The capacity range is up to 3,000m3/hr. SUBMERSIBLE PUMPThe submersible pump is used for water supply, fountains, mine dewatering and for offshore drilling rigs and platforms. Its capacity range is 3m3/hr to 600m3/hr in standard range and up to 5,000m3/hr in special range. INCLINED PUMPThe inclined pump is used for river lift irrigation, drainage from canals and flood control supply. It is suitable for slopes from 30° to 45° and has a capacity of 200m3/hr to 5,500m3/hr. WPIL has a well-established quality assurance system as per ISO 9001:2000.
