We strive to identify areas in the marketplace where a product will provide you with lower plant operating costs, reduced maintenance requirements or more reliable processes. Here are two examples of our water treatment products.

AERATION SYSTEMS

Our range of aeration systems enable you to benefit from the lowest capital expenditure or lowest whole life ownership costs.

All types of diffused aeration products are available including discs, tubes, strips and minipanels. You can request complete designed solutions (including airmain and blowers), plant refurbishments, maintenance programs (for minimum whole life operating expenditures), and aeration system rental or spares for any system.

You can further reduce your operating expenditures by utilising advanced diffuser upgrades including Teflon coated or diffusers infused with biocide for extended optimum levels of performance.

SLUDGE TREATMENT

Through our sludge treatment system you can reduce your current sludge disposal costs by at least 50%. Use the Elode for the dehydration of all types of industrial, wastewater or potable water sludges. Our wide range of treatment capacities can deliver final sludge concentrations ranging from 40% Dissolved Solids (DS) to 60% DS.

For small to medium wastewater sites with surplus activated sludge the Volute dehydrator is a modular, compact low cost solution which delivers up to 20% DS sludge. This means tanker visits, sludge disposal volumes and costs can be reduced by up to 50%.
