Auric - Decanter Centrifuges, Sludge Thickening and Dewatering Systems and Disc Stack Separators / Clarifiers

Pune-based Auric Techno Services Pvt Ltd, established in 2000, has carved a niche for itself in the area of industrial separation technologies. Recognizing the growing needs and the importance of efficient separation and drying technologies, Auric Techno Services has entered into strategic alliances with the following world-class companies:

  • Pieralisi Group, Italy: for the promotion, sales and servicing of their range of decanters and centrifuges
  • Teknofanghi, Italy: for the promotion, sales and servicing of their range of sludge thickening and dewatering systems

Auric has a team of qualified personnel, trained in the OEMs' factories, who service machines in India and overseas.

DECANTER CENTRIFUGES AND DISC STACK SEPARATORS AND CLARIFIERS

Pieralisi decanter centrifuges and disc stack separators and clarifiers are extensively used for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid and liquid-liquid-solid separations, based on the difference in the densities of the various components, using centrifugal force for carrying out the separation of phases.

These items are designed for continuous, 24/7 operation and are used widely across many industry segments. These include fruit and vegetable processing (for clarification of fruit pulps and juices), dairy (milk and whey clarification / separation, fat rendering), refineries (slop oil treatment), industrial and municipal sludge dewatering, edible oil, olive oil, and pharmaceuticals and biotechnology (fermentation broth separation / clarification of various process liquids / biomass separation).

Decanter centrifuges and disc stack separators are available in all types of stainless steel and alloy steel, and are also supplied as gas tight and explosion proof versions, depending upon the requirements.

The decanter centrifuges and disc stack separators are available for capacities ranging from 1m³/hr to 100m³/hr.

SLUDGE THICKENING AND DEWATERING

Teknofanghi products, namely Scrudrain, Scrufilter, Monobelt and Teknobag Draimad, are used extensively for municipal and sewage sludge thickening and dewatering. They are available in stainless steel and other non-corrodible materials in capacities ranging from 1m³/d to 20m³/hr.

PIERALISI DECANTER CENTRIFUGES

Pieralisi decanter centrifuges, because of special features like open scroll, removable feed pipe and scraper mechanism, are the ideal choice for processing sticky and viscous products. The features and advantages of these equipment are listed below:

  • Scraper mechanism: choking of decanter due to sticky solids is eliminated
  • Open scroll: sturdy construction, easy and complete cleaning possible in situ
  • Adjustable and removable shuttle feed pipe: allows online optimizing of separation efficiency and fine-tuning of efficiency to handle slight variations in inlet solids concentration
  • Tunnel type construction: safe and clean operation
  • Centrifugally cast stainless steel bowl: homogenous grain structure, free from welds
  • Integral support legs: low installation costs, ease of maintenance
  • Mechanical safety mechanisms: shear pin is provided in which is more reliable and simple
  • Electronic safety mechanisms: provided for additional safety; also shows the rpm of the bowl and scroll on digital display

Decanter centrifuges can be supplied as per process requirements in various grades of stainless steel, and in gas tight versions with inert gas purging. They are also available for explosion proof area installation.

DISC STACK SEPARATORS AND CLARIFIERS

Pieralisi disc stack separators and clarifiers are the latest technology and feature self-cleaning and automatic discharge.

More than 9,000G centrifugal force can be generated and the separators can perform partial and total discharge of solids. The ejection of solids is made at full separator speeds without interruption of the feed. The machine can be provided with one or two centripetal pumps for pressurized discharge of clarified feed.

The capacities of these machines range from 1m³/hr to 20m³/hr depending upon the application.
