Waterlyser®

Real time multiparametric and multipoint water monitoring and supervision. Waterlyser® ensures online, autonomous control of water and wastewater with simultaneous measurement of various parameters selected according to client´s needs.

The main advantages are: fast measurement analysis in real time; multiparametric capacity to measure COD, BOD, TOC, suspended solids, turbidity, nitrates, color, pH, ORP, temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxigen; and an auto cleaning probe running autonomously with minimum maintenance.

CAS+®

TECNIA designs, builds and installs wet scrubbers and systems based on CAS+technology, for use in instance when gases and / or removed particles are corrosive, very hot, or in special cases where the filter bag media may not support the removed pollutant.

TECNIA's CAS+ models are specially sized and designed to absorb gaseous compounds, acid mists and odours through the counter-current flow of gases and scrubbing liquid over a packed section. This unit is meant to operate at a very low pressure drop, thereby reducing power consumption and energy costs.

VOClean®

The gaseous effluent biofiltration process developed by TECNIA can be used to treat and control Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP), volatile and Halogenated Organic Compounds (VOC and HOC), Monocyclic and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (MAH and PAH) and certain alcohols. It is also useful for odour control, such as odour originating in WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plants), among many other sources.

The use of biofiltration to treat gaseous effluents offers the advantage of producing no troublesome byproducts, wastewater or dust. The end-products of the process are carbon dioxide (CO2), water vapour (H2O) and a residual fraction of the components being removed, which varies according to the degree of removal required.

MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) combines two basic processes - biological degradation and membrane separation - into a single process where suspended solids and microorganisms responsible for degradation are separated from the treated water by membrane filtration units.

With the limited supply of water to support communities and industries, higher costs and stricter environmental regulations, the MBR process is a valuable solution for current and future wastewater treatment.
