Ambienta SGR has made an equity investment of €16m in Amplio Group's water filtration subsidiary Amplio Filtration Group, to become a minority shareholder.
The investment will be utilised to speed up the delivery of Amplio Filtration objectives, including the expansion of the business in international market.
Amplio Filtration is planning to sell its technologies and expertise around the world to strengthen growth and deliver an enlarged global footprint.
Amplio Group CEO Riccardo Segat said over the next five years the firm will focus on renewable energy and water treatment, which complements Ambienta's commitment to these sectors globally.
