CAVU Energy Services and PPV are to form a joint venture to acquire or build and operate oil and gas-produced salt water disposal facilities in the US.
The joint venture will focus on the development of a salt water disposal facility (SWDF) known as Filo SWDW #1 in Garvin County, and on acquiring other related operating opportunities in Oklahoma.
CAVU Energy recently acquired land and facilities in a prolific oil-producing region and obtained a permit from the State of Oklahoma to develop the SWDF, which has a capacity of 50,000 barrels per day.
