G and E Partners unveils new technology to generate pure water from air

4 February 2013

G and E Partners has introduced atmospheric water generator (AWG) technology to generate pure drinking water from air.

Approved by ETL, the new technology has been designed to make Net Zero Water a readily accessible resource, claimed the company.

AWG can produce drinking water that is free of metal and chemicals, without ground or tap water supply.

G and E Partners spokesperson Diana Potts said that the technology will provide a solution to the global water shortage problem, not just by purifying water, but by actually making water from air.

"This technology will allow us to make water out of air without touching the local water table."

The company's AWG technology products include AquaBoy, which is capable of producing 3 gallons of water per day, and the WaterPro series, which can generate 100 to 4,000 gallons of water per day.

WaterPro series involves four steps; generating water from the air, cleaning and purifying the air, dehumidifying the air and purifying the water to the desirable standards.

The company said the new technology has been designed to deal with drought, disaster response and global water shortages.
