Infiltrator Systems has agreed to acquire the assets of septic chamber business Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) and its subsidiaries.
The ADS chamber product line comprises of onsite wastewater infiltration chambers and a complete line of BioDiffuser chambers.
As part of the deal, ADS has entered into a long-term, non-exclusive distribution agreement with Infiltrator Systems and will continue to market and sell the Arc and BioDiffuser product lines.
Infiltrator Systems products include the Quick4 and Quick4 Plus lines of septic chambers, the TW and IM series of septic tanks, EZflow synthetic aggregate leachfields, as well as EZset risers and Aquaworx products.
The acquisition is expected to be complete within the next few months, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
