In-Pipe Technology (IPTC) has entered a multi-year marketing agreement with PMC BioTec (PMC) to use PMC's process technology, equipment and engineering services for the US municipal wastewater treatment market.
Under the terms of the agreement, both firms will combine their technologies to dramatically reduce wastewater sludge.
IPTC will have the rights to distribute and license PMC's proprietary molecular chemical grinding equipment and advanced fluidised composting process technology to municipal wastewater treatment plants in the US.
The molecular chemical grinding equipment is designed to increase the biodegradability of organic solid materials and the Advanced Fluidised Composting process technology will help achieve up to 100% sludge elimination.
