Italian multi-utility Dolomiti Reti has selected InfoWorks ICM from Innovyze for its wastewater and stormwater modelling requirements.
With the help of the InfoWorks ICM database design, Dolomiti Reti will be able to import, track, audit and interpret large quantities of data quicker and easier.
The company intends to use Innovyze's integrated catchment modelling solution for sewerage and drainage analysis throughout its varied catchments to help identify and resolve issues, optimise its networks, as well as undertaking efficient and proactive forward planning.
The software will provide simultaneous modelling of below-ground and above-ground elements of catchments to accurately represent all flow paths and provide a holistic understanding of all the environmental processes.
Andrew Brown, Innovyze International Operations director, said the innovative solution is being adopted by progressive utilities across the globe.
Dolomiti Reti is a provider of integrated water cycle services to 81,000 customers in the 18 municipalities of Italy's northerly Trentino region, mainly in and around the historic capital city of Trento.
