The Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) has selected Elster to supply more than 30,000 V100 volumetric water meters in the UAE.
The V100 volumetric water meter, which ranges from 15mm to 40mm is size, is designed to provide optimum accuracy and performance.
The meters also deliver long-life, low maintenance and tamper-proof operation and are in accordance with international ISO 4064 standards.
With commissioning and development of more desalination plants, SEWA's current total water production amounts to an average of 87.8 million gallons a day.
