Missouri American Water acquires Woodland Manor water system
Missouri American Water has completed the acquisition of Woodland Manor water system located in Branson, Missouri.
This system serves approximately 170 customers and was previously operated by Woodland Manor LLC.
Missouri American Water president Cheryl Norton said: "We welcome these new customers to Missouri American Water and look forward to providing them with high quality service."
The purchase of the Woodland Manor water system by Missouri American Water was approved by the Missouri Public Service Commission (MoPSC).
This water system will be incorporated into Missouri American Water’s Tri Lakes Operation.
The operation serves approximately 6,500 customers in the Branson area, Warsaw, White Branch, Sedalia and Laurie, Missouri.
Customers will receive letters with information about the water system transition.
The first monthly water bill from Missouri American Water will arrive in late July.
Missouri American Water is a unit of American Water, which provides water and/or wastewater services to approximately 1.5 million people.
