Select Energy Services has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Water Rescue Holdings to enhance its services portfolio.
Under the terms of the agreement, Select Energy will have access to a versatile and mobile water treatment and recycling technology through Water Rescue's electro-coagulation units, while Water Rescue will gain exposure into new markets and geographical areas.
The strategic alliance will provide Select Energy with an additional partner in water solutions, water treatment and water recycling, and will support its water solutions and environmental service offerings in the US.
Water Rescue CEO Wes Williams said that the association will provide both firms with a core of products and services in the water industry.
