Water technology firm Xylem has entered into an agreement to become General Electric's distribution partner for its advanced membrane filtration products.
According to the agreement, Xylem will distribute GE's ZeeWeed technologies in Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the UK
With the partnership, Xylem will add GE's ZeeWeed microfiltration, ultrafiltration and membrane bioreactor (MBR) products to its portfolio for customers in specified markets and areas.
The collaboration will also expand the water and wastewater treatment product available from Xylem, such as transporting the types of water, biological treatment, media filtration and disinfection.
