Utility Partners secures renewals for two O&M contracts in US

Utility Partners, H2O Innovation’s business line providing operation and maintenance services (O&M) in the US, has secured contract renewals over two projects.

UP extended its municipal operation and maintenance services contracts in the states of California and New Hampshire, US, by another five years each.

The company also extended the scope of work in connection with two existing municipal projects located in the states of Georgia and New Hampshire.

Together, the contract value of the projects is around $5.1m, which enables H2O Innovation to reduce its O&M business backlog to $53.3m, excluding the projects sales backlog.

H2O Innovation president and CEO Frédéric Dugré said: “Now fully integrated into H2O Innovation, the UP team is now focused on renewing contracts and keeping the business growing.

“It is essential for us to be able to evolve with our existing customers’ needs, which is why we offer them a diversified and integrated range of services with in depth water and wastewater expertise.

The expanded scope of work comprises, respectively, the billing and collection services as well as the septage receiving station monitoring.
