Saur Awaits Jubail Water Contract Confirmation

Saudi Arabian utility Marafiq is to award a $400m contract to French water company Saur to provide water services in the city of Jubail.

Saur will form a joint company with Marafiq to manage the project.

The contract is for eight years, according to arabnews.com.

Last June, Saur secured a $46m contract from the National Water Company of Saudi Arabia for the production and distribution of drinking water and the supply of sanitation services in Makkah and Taif in a joint venture with Zamil Group.
