Process Solutions to Supply Generators to Texas Water Utility

Process Solutions is to supply its MicrOclor hypochlorite generators to the Upper Trinity Regional Water District in Texas, US.

Three MicrOclor Model MC-2000 systems will be installed at the Thomas E Taylor Regional Water Treatment Plant in Lewisville.

The generators will use salt, water and electricity to generate a dilute bleach solution at the site, eliminating the storage and transport of hazardous chlorine chemicals, reports wateronline.com.

Each generator will offer 2,000lb per day of free available chlorine capacity, with a total capacity of 6,000lb per day.

The facility will treat approximately 70 million gallons per day of finished water, which will be provided to cities, towns and utilities in Denton County and portions of Dallas and Collin counties.
