United Envirotech Completes China Water Project

United Envirotech has completed a CNY264m ($39m) wastewater plant in Guangzhou City, China.

The plant uses a membrane-based bioreactor with a treatment capacity of 100,000m³ per day.

The plant was built to an underground depth of 20m, taking up a smaller ground area approximately one-tenth of a traditional water and wastewater treatment plant.

The Singapore-based water company has also completed and commenced operation of a 50,000m³ per year phase I of Hegang wastewater treatment / recycling plant in Heilongjiang Province.
