Innovyze introduces new river modeling solutions

Innovyze has introduced a new version of river and floodplain modeling and real-time flood forecasting solutions to help improve the simulation and management of the river systems across the globe.

Innovyze’s InfoWorks RS V12.5 solution combines 1D and 2D simulation engines, data management, geographical analysis and a relational database.

The tool can import, clean up and store survey and time series data, build detailed models, analyse model results,and present outputs in engineering report-quality formats.

InfoWorks RS also simulates rainfall runoff using event-based and conceptual hydrological methods.

Innovyze has also introduced FloodWorks V12.5 solution which deals with real-time simulation and forecasting of future hydrologic and hydraulic conditions in river basins, stormwater and drainage systems, as well as coastal areas.

FloodWorks will provide detailed forecasts of water levels, flood depths, flows, velocities, water quality parameters and sea state.
