Innovyze launches new smart water tech

Innovyze has launched the new V2.5 generation of IWLive solution to provide utilities with smart water network management technology to improve water supply.

IWLive generation V2.5 can be employed for water distribution hydraulic and water quality modelling, monitoring, forecasting and supervisory control and data acquisition integration.

With the help of IWLive interface, the operators will be able to see a map of all water infrastructures, including background maps.

Utilities can have access to IWLive’s predictive and reactive tools, which are accessible over a virtual private network.

Innovyze president and COO Paul Boulos said IWLive allows utilities to harness the power of advanced hydraulic modelling in the control room and make business decisions in real time.

The new version moves the utilities’ hydraulic modelling and simulation applications from planning and design to operation and control.

IWLivealso issues regularly updated warnings to alert the operator and also assist operators to evaluate problem-solving approaches.
