SeaAsia is Asia’s premier maritime and offshore event and is being held in Singapore, the leading maritime capital of the world. Over 15,000 international visitors and around 450 exhibitors are expected at SeaAsia, and Alpha-Purify’s representatives will be keen to demonstrate the company’s market-leading medium-pressure UV disinfection lamps to interested parties.

UV systems alter or inactivate the DNA of microorganisms, preventing invasive species that may be picked up in ballast water from damaging fragile ecosystems in foreign ports.
The global ballast water treatment market is set to witness a CAGR of 29.4% during 2018-24. Asia Pacific accounted for the largest share of the market in 2017, while growing at the fastest CAGR over the next seven years.
