APTWater Plan Nitrate Removal Technology Demonstration

APTwater has signed an agreement with the Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) to demonstrate its ARoNite nitrate removal technology.

Under the terms of agreement, APTwater will design, build and operate its new technology on site to improve one of CVWD’s long stranded assets in Rancho Cucamonga in the US state of California.

The contract includes supplying drinking water to Rancho Cucamonga Valley following the successful demonstration period and permitting process.

The ARoNite technology will make use of a naturally occurring biological process to destroy rather than displace nitrate contaminants in drinking water.

The project will improve water quality and ensure regular supplies to the surrounding areas.
