Fountain Quail Wins Eagle Ford Shale Wastewater Recycling Contract

Fountain Quail Water Management, a subsidiary of Aqua-Pure Ventures, has signed a subcontracting agreement with NAC Services to expand operations in Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas, US.

Fountain Quail will supply two Nomad units to NAC’s water purification treatment centre to recycle wastewater generated during the process of extracting oil and natural gas from Eagle Ford Shale.

The agreement was signed for an initial term of five years, with the option to renew the contract for another five-year term.

In addition to recycling wastewater into distilled or treated water for re-use in hydraulic fracturing operations, Aqua-Pure and NAC will sell the concentrated brine and other by-products from the recycling process.
