New Jersey American Water Begins Hospital Water Pipeline Installation

American Water subsidiary New Jersey American Water has started installing a two-mile water main in New Jersey, US.

The water main will be connected to the township’s existing water infrastructure and will deliver more than 400,000 gallons of water daily to Ancora Psychiatric Hospital.

New Jersey American Water president John Bigelow said that by working with the New Jersey Department of Human Services and Winslow Township, the company was able to find a solution to address the water supply needs of Ancora Psychiatric Hospital.

“This is an example of how a collaborative regional approach can address water, wastewater and environmental challenges,” he said.
