Kemira, IVRCL to Work on Indian Water Projects

Kemira and IVRCL have formed a joint venture to serve India’s water treatment market.

In the joint venture, Finland-based water chemical producer Kemira will own a 51% stake, while the remaining stake will be held by IVRCL.

The joint venture will set up an inorganic coagulant manufacturing plant in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

In addition, Kemira and IVRCL have formed a strategic alliance where Kemira will provide water treatment chemicals to IVRCL’s water treatment plants in India.
