Aquatech Wins Kuwait Water Recycle Deal

Aquatech has secured a contract from Kuwait’s Equate Petrochemical Company to build a water-recycling plant as part of its $11m environment project.

The plant will reduce Equate’s water consumption and decrease carbon emissions associated with purifying water.

The proposed plant will help Equate conserve water through increased efficiency in consumption and maximisation of recycling.

Equate is a joint venture between Kuwait-owned Petrochemical Industries Company and US Dow Chemical Company.
