Galliford Try Secures Water Contract

Galliford Try has secured a £30m ($47m) contract from Scottish Water for the Meadowhead and Stevenston work package 6 in Scotland.

The project will be carried out by Morrison Construction in a joint venture with Black & Veatch.

The work includes the collection of storm overflows from the centre of Irvine and transferring them to Meadowhead’s wastewater treatment works.

The UK-based company has also secured a £20m ($31.5m) contract for a major regeneration scheme in East Belfast, which will be carried out in a joint venture with SIAC.
