12th December 2003 – Endress+Hauser offers robust analyzers in a compact stainless steel or fibre-glass reinforced plastic housing for the monitoring and automation of complete sewage treatment plants and industrial processes.
In accordance with established and standardised colorimetric procedures, the StamoLys CA 71, an advanced version of the proven StamoLys CA 70, registers environmentally relevant parameters such as ammonium, nitrite and phosphate. Silicate and metals such as iron, aluminium, chrome, copper and manganese have also just been added to the palette. Furthermore, the variable analytical component enables the implementation of many other parameters for applications in industry and water treatment.
A core feature is the modular construction of the electronic and analytical unit. The reagents no longer need to be cooled and are delivered in equal 1 l bottles. Only the smallest amounts of reagents are dosed for analysis via newly optimised precision hose pumps, so that a very long operating time is achieved and the consumption costs remain low. Other equipment features such as the self-cleaning, automatic calibration and turbidity of compensating multi-beam photometers guarantee precise and reliable measurement with maximum availability.
In combination with their comprehensive range of sample preparation systems, such as CAT 430 plate filters (in-situ microfiltration), stationary microfiltration or ultrafiltration, Endress+Hauser provides complete measuring points.
