 Step 1: Add concentrated Assay Buffer to source and reference water samples. |
 Step 2: Remove freeze-dried bioassay reagent from an icebox and hydrate with provided buffer. |
 Step 3: Rapidly dispense aliquots of suspended reagent into test cuvettes. |
 Step 4: After 30 minutes incubation at ambient temperature, measure obtained luminescence using the portable luminometer. Changes in luminescence (compared to chosen reference) reflect water toxicity. |
